Hey John...I just found out that I can't make the draft if it's a 7:45 on Tuesday night. I can do it either two hours before or two hours after if that's possible. Or I can do it any other night at any other time. I understand if it can't be changed since there are nine other people in the league. Let me know either way please.

I'll PM all the people who just got added today just so they all know that they're in a league. Still, mods I'd recommend PMing them

Getting involved in your leauge like that is the absolute best way to gain trust within the league. Also, let them know that if they cannot attend to SEND their list to you....It's a must have.

note: a good strategy - if 9 group A songs are taken, and you want the last one, wait until your last pick to get it, because no one else is allowed to!

haha I made some changes to the tutorial to make it easier to understand, and so that I hopefully won't have to guide everyone through setting up the team totals. I emailed Jantz but he hasn't gotten back to me about it yet :)

After each round, I'm going to post what I have written down for each person just so everything is set in stone and there is no "I didn't pick that" I know there won't be any problems but just incase!

we'll keep you in mind. I'd call it unlikely at this point, but we'll see. I'd recommend hanging around the boards on Tuesday afternoon - night because if someone drops out before the draft, we'll want to fill the spot and let you pick. However, someone has to actually tell us they're dropping out to get kicked out. If someone doesn't show up for the draft, the mod just has to pick songs for them, we don't kick them out

PLEASE PLEASE, if you don't understand it, have any questions, or find an error, talk to me.

This can be a REALLY useful tool for you throughout the tour. I recommend you all use it. You'll appreciate it as it'll eliminate a lot of calculation by hand on your part, especially late in the tour.

I know it might be a little late to work this out with everyone, but I'll post something about it my league's thread and open up a room (if that's how it works, I don't use an instant messenger hardly ever...) where the league can post their picks. I think we should use an instant messenger for next year's draft. It would be a way more conveniet. Just throwin the idea out there

well, I think the AIM thing could wore really... when everyone is in your league room, just ask them if they have AIM - if any of them don't just run it in the league thread... but if they do it's really easy and quick to set up an AIM room...

Like your last chance to drop and pick up a song before a show is... i dunno, 2 hours before the start of the concert? whatever you choose... but i def. think there should be one so no one can surprise us all during the show and say "hey! i added two step like 5 mins ago!!"

In League Say Goodbye and League Last Stop, songs must be traded at least 2 hours before the band takes the stage. all song trades must be done by email or by PM.

Pending an announcement otherwise, the rule stands for all leagues that no song may be traded within 2 hours of the official showtime. all trades should be made by PM or email to the appropriate moderator

well if you get a PM and they post it in the league thread, then we'll be able to see the time it was done... if you need help, I'll watch that for you. as long as the trade gets made, the scores can be adjusted at any time, so it's not like you have to verify the trade before the show starts

Well, that went pretty smooth considering it was the first time we've done this. It was a little bumpy at first, but it got better as we moved along. AIM is the way to go:hump

So in order prevent a gazillion changes in my league, I think I've decided that 7/3 will be the first day you can make changes...I really don't want to have people changing songs all the time...

I'll wait until it's finished, but I've got a significantly improved spreadsheet - in fact, you probably won't all have to submit your leagues scores to Jantz daily, because it'll make it super easy for everyone to get the scores for every league... oh man this one is a good one!

for the record, whenever a trade is made in your league, PLEASE PM ME, because I need to know that to update the scores. I realize all the trades have to be made in the Waiver request thread, but I might get a bit confused by it if too many people are making trades in all kinds of leagues.

as it stands, you will not need to report to Jantz the scores in your league after each show. We have a system worked out that will make it easier on you all for that part. by all means though, if you want to keep track to doublecheck our score, that would be awesome.

Maya, do you think if I send you a list of my leagues song picks and everything you can keep track of who has what while I'm away (read the FAQ) - I'll try to be on ants as much as I can during that little period, but when I'm not, can you just let people know who picks up what? thanks!
