That quality is good, not perfect, but decent. When the music is cranking you don't hear the crowd. Most crowd noise is a global roar as opposed to the person next to me yacking.

I'm trying to post a sample, but the torrent is eating all my bandwidth. :-)

Joe - Are you behind a firewall by any chance, or did you use any special flags when you created the torrent file? You aren't showing up as a seeder on the tracker, even thought the individual torrent clients can see you.

I missed the first 2 songs because the 19 yr old bimbo next to me was puking and then security escorted her out.

I asked Tweeter center staff to move me, but they said "don't worry, we'll just clean it up" after I insisted on moving and not standing in puke all night, they told me to walk up and down the aisles and see if I could just stand in some seats that were vacant.... thanks.....

FYI... I bumped into another taper last night (at an Assembly of Dust show in Portland ME) who was at DMB on 8/1. He had a nice FOB seat with Schoeps > ? > DAT. I think probably this tape will circulate as shn/flac files at some point, and should be clearly superior to mine, but it may take a while before it surfaces.

This is a very quick and efficient program that transfers shn and flac files to mp3 or wav. Just don't distribute the files (give to friends) in any other format other than what you dled it in!

I have been downloading all the shows I have attended since 2003 and not sure if I ever thanked you guys :(

But just wanted to let you know I really appreciate it and while I have never been a very active member on the forum I really am in debt to you wonderful tapers.

Also wanted to say that night 1 was great and can't wait to hear it again, my favorite of the two, but of course I enjoyed both nights as usual in Mansfield.

im at the Hartford show right ,now killing time. But thanks for the 15 hour turn around. Simply fantastic. Its good quality too. Although i know its not your fault i just wish people would know their surroundings and see that there is a taper, and be quiet for when dave does a solo or they do a mellow song.

yeah dreamingtree has an ungodly amount of seeds so Im jumpin on that one.
I think it should be standard for people to upload to dreamingtree... most people check there anyways.

I am using Utorrent and have finished the DL. now I am trying to seed but it is seeding at 0.0 kbs and there is an infinity mark in the ETA column. Does anybody know what I can do to get this to seed?

Once you install that, you can convert the songs to WAV format.

You can play wav in itunes, but if you tag them it doesn't actually save into the file since it's not an MP3.

If you want to convert it to MP3 you right click the wav in itunes and go to "convert selectoin to mp3". You can convert them all at once by selecting them all and converting.

Converting them so many times is pretty bad for quality, but I don't really see a big difference, and I like my songs tagged.
