You need to read all the faq's and the Torrent Technical Support announcement at the top of this forum. Technical questions should not be posted in individual torrent threads. Just want to let you know before you get into some trouble.

What's the quality like on this? We need a thread with votings for each show and then the various tapers so we all don't have to spend time downloading each pull...

I agree. I hate spending HOURS downloading a show a getting a bland copy and then find another one thats better.

Personally, I think this tape is missing something. I don't know how tapers go about uping shows, if they do anything to the sound levels or whatever, but this doesn't have the oomph that others have. Its clear, but it sounds low. The volume has to be turned up a more. For anybody that downloaded Jeff Travitz's copy of 8-7 along with this, take a listen to Sweet Up and Down from both nights. The 8-7 is much louder, although they are both clear recordings.

Good example of quality comments in torrent threads. Check out the new announcement at the top of all the torrent forums for rating stuff. :)

This is Tim's MKH800 tape. He upped another one at dreamingtree.org that I think is much clearer and full sounding. It's the same long tag line, but with MBHOS instead of MKH800. Check it out for yourself!

On June 6 my brother Dave passed away. He loved your music more then anything. Nothing was harder than having to use the 2 tickets he left behind for your show on 8/8/07 Camden, NJ.

I put together this slideshow in his memory. The 1st night i was shooting photos for a local newspaper. The 2nd Night my mom and i used his tickets.

Slideshow -
www.jdnphotography.net/DMB

From the first few recordings we got Dave Matthews Dedicated Ants Marching on August 8th in his Memory. "Dave take care of yourself" is at the very end of Warehouse just before he plays Ants Marching. We do know a few of Dave's friends were trying to contact the band before the show by email/myspace to play that song in his memory.

Here is the links to the tracks -
http://www.davidnimerfroh.com/Warehouse.mp3
http://www.davidnimerfroh.com/Ants_Marching.mp3

Dave was a huge fan and always will be. A few years ago Dave Matthews spoke at Haverford College's graduation. I was there shooting photos. One ended up running in Rolling Stones Magazine. The next thing i know Dave has it hanging in his room with Dave Matthews signature on it. I though that was the coolest thing ever -

Hope you all enjoy the slideshow
Thanks!
