I have a 3.3% problem

I'm currently downloading the dmb2002-05-10.at853.ad20.shnf whenever I reach 3.3% it stops. i've tried 4 different times now, no luck. if you have any kind of solution from me, please help. Thanks guys.

You might be getting the file from someone that also only has 3.3%. If that's the case you need to find someone that has the whole show that would jump on to let you complete the show.
