if you want to get the sound of a dm3md, you want a d35 not a hd28....a dm3md is a d35 with different woods. peace

guitars can go up in value big time if there is only 250 made of a certain model and especially when who knows how long dave matthews will be around
how much you selling your d-35 for? what is the difference between the d-35 and hd-28

HD-28: Scalloped bracing and a 2-piece back
D-35: Normal bracing and a 3-piece back
Both have solid spruce tops and solid rosewood back and sides.
I'm hoping to get $1750 with free shipping to the ConUS.
They sell for $2200 or so in the stores / online.
All mine has is a tiny ding in the finish, not the wood.
I call it a 98% perfect guitar, due to the ding.
It sounds amazing.

Oh man, what I'd give to have 1700 bucks right now.
I was a big believer in the HD 28 but I recently played a D 35 right after playing a 28 and the difference was insane. I am in love with the D 35 now.
