if u downloaded in flac format get a flac to wav converter program from downloading it online and then use windows media player or itunes to put the new wav file onto that program and then burn the wav file to cd. i use the freeRIP program to convert flac files to wav files. Hope this helps you.

Flac frontend is free, easy to use, works quickly, and never has failed. it will convert flac to wav. You can then use a program(I use mkw Audio Compression) to convert wav to mp3, if you want, to put on your mp3/ipod/itunes library. While you still have the songs in the wav format(which is "lossless" and plays on standard cd's in any cd player), just create your cd on a cdrom using software likekly already on your computer - mine is Sonic. I usually then send the wav files, and mp3's to the recycling bin, and save the original flac's to a data disc (cdrom or dvd data disc) to keep another hard copy. This just frees up my hard drive. I know most of the veteran tapers and traders know all this stuff and much more, but it is a little confusing to start.

Also, using utorrent(or other) to download shows is awesome, once you configure your system/isp/port and get it up and running. I'm not sure why people still b&p or FTP for shows still if the show is torrented.
