FLAC runtime error

Hey all! I'm good at reading directions, I've successfully set everything up on a friends computer and already downloaded and burned a couple great concerts, however having a bit of a hard time on my new laptop.

Anyone ever have this difficulity?
I've got the files in flac and when I select Decode

Runtime error '75' Path/file access error
and then flac shuts down

I've read the FLAC readme file and downloaded the first link about the java, but the second link leads to a foreign site.

ps- I'm using some files a friend had burned a b&p on disk (in flac format) and currently dling my recent venture to Charlotte

Just in case anyone else runing Vista has this runtime error, Matt reminded me of this solution. I wasn't able to remeber cause I was seeing so much red! :BANG

Also for anything that wont run due to compatibility issues, change the properties to run in XP mode and set yourself as admin. Works for stuff like FLAC Frontend and mkw shn tool, along with many other programs that at first gave me problems.
