torrent file won't download

The torrent file will stay at 0.0% and this will be stated in the error log... Not authorized to create port map (enable NAT-PMP on your router). What do I do to change this setting? I have a macbook pro using tomato torrent.

Do you have a router? If so you would need to forward the correct ports. Consult your router's web site on how to do this.
