People in the Midwest have probably heard of them and 2/4 of them are from The Profits, who were also pretty big in the Midwest.
Just thought I'd post their website and promote them a bit, seeing as two of them are from the same town as me and I know their lead guitar player.
Give 'em a listen.

haha... i'm just playin around.
JP, Ben and i go way back. i met those dudes in an alpine parking lot and we jammed. kept in touch ever since. i opened for the profits in madison and when WTL played BC earlier this year, i was backstage chillin with them.
they're super down-to-earth and they love what they're doing. jp's a great lyricist and songwriter.
thumbs up to we the living

I like most of the new stuff better.
However, I liked High Horse a lot and Portland by Droho is pretty solid.
I've never heard any real details about the split. Obviously you probably don't want to post it on the topic, but I'd be interested in hearing if you wanted to message me.

I heard of these guys when they were The Profits. They were jamming on the streets of OSU and my friend picked up there demo cd about 3 years ago.
Pretty good stuff.

My best friend lives with their manager. I can not say enough good things about this band, they are going to hit it big someday. Thanks for spreading the word. :)

Scott Austin (Authentik Records, their manager) is a pretty good guy. We've been talking to him about getting signed, but our control of the Boston market isn't where it needs to be... yet.
Those guys have been nothing but helpful too. Good people.

That's him! He has a very good ear, I really enjoy most of the artists he has waiting in the wings. Good luck with Boston!

that's why we're still searching. until then, we aren't a finished product, we're just "a project" - so it fits better than it seems
