New to using torrent files!

I just downloaded my first torrent file with uTorrent 1.6.1., and also downloaded Trader's Little Helper.

How do I convert the torrent file to audio files that I could burn to a CD using through Trader's Little Helper?

Is it the torrent that would be converted, or files within the .torrent file? The .md5 file or each separate .flac file.

Does anyone have any tips? Thanks!

Open Traders Little Helper and click on the tab labeled "decode audio files" load the flac. or shn. files in and click decode and it will convert them to wav. which you will be able to burn to a audio cd. (unless you specify a different folder to decode them to, they will be saved in the same folder as the original flac. or shn. files)
