A little info please

I just started the bittorrent downloading a couple of days ago. I downloaded 2 shows and it worked fine. I was trying to download 1 more today but the speed is around .2 kb/sec. what am I doing wrong? Also, I want to seed these to other people but I'm not sure if I am going about it the right way. I read the FAQ's but I still want to be sure I am doing everything right to help the community.

to seed, all you have to do is leave the download open. if you turn your computer or the torrent program off, the next time you start it up, click on whatever show you want to seed and click "start" like if you were going to download it. that will allow others to connect to that show.


as for the speed on your download, it is more than likely that slow because there are no seeds for it. if there are some seeds, it could be a very popular download and there are too many people trying to download it at one time.
