Azureus Help Please

I have a torrent I am trying to download using Azureus, and Azureus says the torrent is downloading but for the past 30 minutes it hasn't shown any progress. I'm not sure if there's anything I need to do or not, I've never used Azureus before. Any and all help is welcome.

BTW I originally used uTorrent, but it hasn't been working for me either...

Actually, I would love to smash my computer into pieces (it sucks). But I finally figured it out. I guess I just didn't wait long enough.
