Out of My Hands - piano INTRO from Radio City

Does anyone have sheet music for the intro into Out of My Hands that Dave was playing at Radio City??

The song itself is easy to figure out, but I am surprised to find that no one here has asked about the intro (or maybe someone has but my searching skills are ass).

His site is http://www.freewebs.com/whiteysax/index.html it's by an ant named whiteysax or something on here...really good collection of transcriptions. check out the transcription for the ABI off stand up...so nice I love playing the little piano part before it goes into the actual riff.
