Pro Tools/Digidesign & Mac Issue... Help!

Does anyone use the MBox with Protools on their Mac? I keep receiving the -9136 error code which prompts me to remove plugins in order to record. Anyone out there get their Protools/MBox to work with their Mac?

Macbook Pro
OS X Version 10.4.11

Using Digidesign LE 7.4 with Original MBox.

I have no experience with PTLE, does the error say anything about which plugins?
