Video etiquette question

Hey all,

I have a video or two that I'd love to share with the community and am curious what the proper qtiquette is. I have downloaded one or two for examples, but am mainly having trouble converting into SHN or a similar format. I am using a Mac. Does anyone know of a program that would help me with that? Thanks all!

OR if I can just distribute it in the Quicktime format. Does it have to be in SHN?

I just realized SHN is only for audio...Sorry all. I suppose I need to know what format I need to put video in to distribute.

I don't think there is a "lossless" version for video formats. Whatever quality that works for you should be fine, because every Windows and Mac can read every format given the right programs and/or codecs.
