Gibson Les Paul Classic

I was looking to buy one, does anybody own one and if so, what is your opinion of it?

i dont own one... but ive played many classics. its a great guitar... action is nice and low, you dont even have to strum to get a solid riff. the best part is that classic tone. its the ultimate facemelter.

what kind of music do you play though? if you play strictly classic rock/warren haynes type stuff then this guitar rules... but definitely check out some Paul Reed Smith guitars. if youre gonna throw down 2 grand on a guitar you might as well see what else is out there... and i would say PRS matches Gibsons tone. love PRS guitars.

you cannot go wrong with this guitar. a piece of music history and a great sounding guitar.

i own a Epiphone Les Paul and i find that one to be excellent (heavily modified of course), the real thing is only better.

the good thing for me was that i didnt have a credit card at the time, so i settled for an epiphone. still a greaty guitar, and it sounds nice too now. :evil
