I'm sure that this has been asked before on other threads, but with Tim Reynolds in the studio for the new album, I gotta have some serious hope for Tim joining the band on the road for the upcoming tour! This has been a dream of mine since I became a crazed fan of the band in '99, of course the year after his major stints on the road with the band. I think we have a serious chance of this occuring, but haven't heard/seen any news or thoughts on it.

You guys are mean. :lol

Tim's tour manager is a member here, and they said he will be on tour "for most of the summer". Tim has recently told people that "the plan is for him to be at every show." He has recently cancelled shows that would conflict with the tour. I'd expect him at every show. :thumbsup

I talked with Marcus Eaton at the Seattle show and Marcus said it's still up in the air if Tim will be on tour with DMB this summer. What brought it up is I asked Marcus if he was going to try and bring Tim back to Boise some time soon and he said he was going to try something this summer but was unsure of Tim's schedule. He said for sure that Tim's in the studio, which we all know, but as far as him touring this year with DMB, it didn't sound like it's a for sure thing yet.

Marcus and I went on to talking about Boise's crappy music marketing scene, hense his traveling elsewhere for gigs. I didn't even think to ask him what he knows about current studio happenings with DMB.

the great thing about tim is he s another 'layer' to the dmb song....he s not a guest that waits for his solo, he plays w/ the melody and adds another element to the band......the reason red rocks 95 is my favorite live album is b/c of the extra element tim adds to every song

I'm going to say it's a safe bet Fluffy would know before most (even Tim), and has said he'd be with DMB most of the tour... so it's not even really a question anymore.

I thought it had something to do with Texas Rangers 3rd baseman or something? He's probably Tim's brother.

What are you? Some kinda smart guy?

It's cuz he's on the album man, and the tour too, so they kinda come hand in hand, which is why we have the tour/album section....wait. That ain't right :lol

These forums are all blurring together anyway haha
