Blocked?

i've never downloaded shows before (i always traded) so i'm new to all of this.
i've read the FAQ and tried this and that, but i cannot even open a bittorrent related webpage, let alone download a show. i get an 'access restricted' message everytime i try. Anyone have any suggestioons on how to get around this?

It sounds like you're internet is being filtered/blocked. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and how do you connect?

Do you have a router, are you connected to a larger network such as a college or university, are you connected straight to a cable modem?
