Just got back in town and I must say this has been my favorite show I've ever been to, by any artist. If this is anything like the rest of the tour, then I understand why everybody likes it so much.

DDTW- I love the screen in front of the band, I think they could've used the lighting better, though. Energy is incredible. Great opener.

ODH- Kind of a killer, but not that bad. So much better now that the drum machine isn't used.

Eh Hee- Solid. I really like this song and I loved the images on the screen.

Water/Wine- Total surprise. I think I was the only person around that knew what it was, and I must say it was awesome to see live.

Tripping Billies- Surprised to see it at this point in the set. Hoping for nature intro but awesome either way.

Gravedigger- I knew it would happen, and I'm glad it happened early in the set. I liked it until Willie killed the energy w/ the last verse. His guitar solo was cool, though.

STJL- Awesome. I never thought I'd get to see this song live, and I'm so glad I did.

DIDO- Same as above. One of my fav. DMB songs and it brings incredible energy. Jeff went wild.

Burnin' Down the House- AWESOME! This was the best point of the concert, IMO. Dave has a ton of fun w/ this song and the crowd was feeling it.

#41- Jeff ripped this song a new one. Incredible.

SDL- Fun song. I've heard this song a lot in the tapes I have of the tour, so it was pretty standard. Wish they would have improved more towards the end.

Crash Into Me- Meh. I like the Dixie Chicken outro, but besides that, meh.

Corn Bread- Funny Davespeak before this and I really enjoy this song. It's gotten very dirty since last year, and it's a lot of fun.

Sledgehammer- I don't think the crowd was into this song as much, but I LOVED it. This has been my favorite song of the tour.

WAYG- :BANG

Smooth Rider- See: WAYG

Lousiana Bayou- I knew this was coming and I was kind of dissapointed. I thought it was going to close the set. Boyd loves this song.

Two Step- I was shocked when LB wasn't the closer, and even more shocked when they started playing this. The crowd was so pumped and Carter RIPPED a drum solo like I've never heard before. The entire band stopped playing just so Carter could go crazy. The band was surprised when Carter was finished, and he called for the guys to keep playing. Amazing song.

Sister- Nice song. Very sweet. I love Rashawn's backup, too.

ASTB > Too Much (fake)- I knew it was coming at some point, I just didn't think it would be in the encore. ASTB has turned into a song of it's own. At this point, I had no idea what was going to be played, though I was hoping for PNP > Rapunzel.

Ants- I was a tad bit dissapointed, but then I realized it was Ants and just rocked out. I really like how they're extending the outro.

Overall, it was an amazing show. I'm praying for a winter tour! :multi

They did a similar thing on Two Step in Louisville...the thoughts of Halloween ran through my head during that solo when everyone stopped before they went right back into the song.

This was definitely the best of my 9 shows. The Water/Wine was awesome, but people around me had no idea. So, they continually just talked which was rather annoying. Also, one guy who thought he knew everything about the band started screaming, its a new song Round and Round. Old Dirt Hill, Eh Hee, Bayou, and Smooth Rider were complete clunckers. Can't stand any of those, but that run from Water/Wine to Crash was unreal. The 41 was astonishing, not just because I finally got to hear this live but because Tim and Jeff owned it.

Overall one hell of a show.

one of my favorite shows out of my 11!!

really really good!! really unpredictable set! i actually enjoyed Where Are You Going? i think its a good song, and since the energy was unreal for the set and the heat, and gave some much needed calmness for a little bit!

Best show I've been to yet! Hot as balls at the beginning and still hot at the end, but with a little breeze here and there.

Best songs of the night were #41, Burning Down the House, Sledgehammer and Two Step.

Only thing I didnt like about the show were the high school kids to our right puking everywhere... But I cant complain too much considering that has been me about 10 years ago...

Loved, loved loved, Cornbread and I have to say everyone around me was pumped for it! I second the drunk, puking, passing-out morons that I had to deal with. And yeah, I guess about 10 years ago that would have been me!

Loved every minute of it! Best show I have seen and it was practically in my back yard!

I agree. Burnin Down the House, Sledgehammer, #41, Two Step, and Ants did it for me.

I'm not a huge fan of the way they do Cornbread this year. I would prefer the intro like last year's.

Overall one hell of a show.

They have taken some lyrics from Round and Round & put them into Water/Wine. I had someone like that in my area calling song titles as well. Quite annoying.

yah its just kind of annoying having someone yelling song titles to sound like a badass, and makes it even more laughable when they are wrong

I've only been to a hand full of shows, but this was hands down the best so far. TSTJL was awesome. Burning down the house was HOT!! SDL was great too, I wanted to hear this one.
My highlight was Water Wine Jam, even though no one know what was going on!! haha

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums here.

This was probably my 6th or 7th Dave show over the last 10+ years, and I have to say this was my absolute favorite. And let me just tell you that I hate to be hot. H. A. T. E. If it had been anyone other than Dave, I would have sold my ticket, knowing it was going to be 105 or whatever down on that field. But the set was so unbelievably awesome that I soon forgot my misery.

#41 is my all time favorite, and I had long despaired of ever hearing it live again. Carter did rock the house on it, just when I wondered if they were ever going to give him a chance to shine.

I could go on and on, so I'll just stop here. Cheers!

I am new to Ants too. I was soooo happy to have DMB for the first time in the town I actually live in. I don't mind traveling to see them (20 out of my 21 shows I've had to travel to) but it was nice for a change just to drive 20 minutes to get home rather than hours and/or a plane ride.

I loved the show, only disappointment for me is that my husband and I were on the floor and all our friends up in the seats. It would have been fun to share this show with our friends that made it.

I didn't see any tapers at this show - anyone else? Water/Wine brought tears to my eyes. The only other version I have is from Live at Red Rocks at the end of Recently and I've always loved that song. The 2 covers rocked and #41 and Two Step blew my hair back.

The heat was definitely brutal. I made my way up front for WAYG and Smooth Rider. Seeing Dave up close (5 away) makes a not so great song great. But the heat up there was brutal. The poor kids that were up there the whole time looked throttled. Hopefully no one got too ill.

Road trippin' to Dallas in a couple weeks, hopefully it'll rock like this one!
