Dallas meet and greet

Pardon my newbie question, but here it goes (I'm recent to this site). I had been on Nancies for a bit and not sure what happened there, but just recently joined Ants. Anyway, I happened to see a sign off the pavilion last night in Dallas that said Meet and Greet so I wandered over to check it out. I've been a member of The Warehouse for 8 years and had a ticket for the show through them. I asked if that's what gets one into the meet and greet (I knew it had to be more than that, but thought I'd ask anyway). The guy manning the entry said I needed to get a special pass, but how does one find out how to go about getting one? I've heard that meet and greets used to be a fairly common thing for Warehouse members and folks that knew someone that knew someone. How do you find out about getting into them these days? Sorry if this is asking an old question - I haven't fully schooled myself on searching and navigating through the site yet. I'm road weary from driving home to Memphis today and am taking the easy way out by posting so if anyone has any info to share, I'd appreciate it!

i'm pretty sure the Wh calls you randomly and leaves them at will call... that's why it's good to have a number they can get ahold of you at (i have my cell listed w/ them).

wh calls you, you meet up with darryl, he gets you your pass and leads you back to the meet & greet area.

I saw a guy and a girl walking around the stage with Jeff Coffin before the show started. They were looking at things and taking pictures with him and I was wondering the same thing. Must be nice to be able to do that!
