Grey Street is back and is THE top Dave Matthews Band Tribute in Arizona. Our goal, as fans of DMB, is to spread the amazing music of DMB to the fans in the Valley of the Sun. We are comprised of very talented musicians and look forward to having a blast playing great music! Our first shows start in late November in Phoenix.
Kristian on guitar and lead vocals bounced back and forth between New York and Arizona but he's now here to stay. He previously fronted a DMB Tribute in Long Island, NY for two years in a band called "The Last Stop". Many will notice that he plays the guitar parts the same exact way Dave does, without any shortcuts, and has a singing voice that is very similar to the man himself. Even the toughest of critics on www.antsmarching.org (http://www.antsmarching.org) have said it's spooky... let's hope they weren't talking about his inability to get a tan.
John has been hitting the drums for some 15 years and is influenced by any and every type of music. If you look close enough during a show, you might catch John blowing a bubble while singing backup and using seven limbs to mimic Carter.
Jorge is the electric violinist and follows the arrangements and violin parts without shortcuts. He plays only Zeta electric violins, there is nothing better.
The new bass player and saxophonist are in the process of joining the group, as well as the keyboard. So, we are 6 pieces, and practice at Perfect Timing Studios in downtown Phoenix - just too many people and instruments for a living room. We love to perform and pride ourselves on bringing the best music in the world to the awesome venues that the Valley has to offer. And above all, we thank you all SO MUCH for your continued support. Hope to see you at a gig soon! November !!
