This stood out to me...I really thought that Run DMC was already in the Rock n Roll hall of fame? oh well...it is pretty awesome to see Jeff Beck & Metallica in there this year. I'd luv to be at an iduction ceremony. Has anyone actually been to one before?

I still haven’t been to one…but definitely will go one day…who’s with me? Haha… I did see on tv that fuse is going to give a kings of rock special basically its’ about the inductees and why they made it…and I was a bit more pleased to hear that they’ll be airing the ceremony live on tv: http://fuse.tv/rockhall

For some reason I still hate Metallica for starting this whole war on music trade stuff, or at least bringing national attention to it.

The whole napster thing was a bummer but I still think they deserve it. Can't wait to watch the ceremony tomorrow night. Anyone else watching?

I won two tickets to go to the ceremony, through a music quiz on Metromix.com!! I can't wait.... 2 of the GREATEST guitar players on the same stage. i.e. Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck

I watched the ceremony live (webcast @ justin.tv) damn, and some of those speeches were endless! But it was worth it, that hug that Jaymz gave Lars was really emotional, Flea's speech was excellent and performing again with Jason, amazing. Jaymz vocals weren't that good but other than that, they were really tight!

And performing Master of Puppets in a ceremony like this, priceless!
