Ants tracker still down?

Every time I upload a torrent to the Ants tracker I get this message "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it". Am I doing something wrong? I know people were saying that the tracker was down, but is that really the case? Anyone have any ideas?

i'll ask as well. is the tracker down? i've got 5 shows i'm trying to seed and all are giving the same message..
