Blue Water tab (ending jam)

I was wondering if anyone had a tab for the ending jam of Blue Water? It sounds like it is done by Stefan and sometimes Dave, and also Peter plays it in the 92 versions. It starts around 9 minutes on this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dY3d8WMh3V8&feature=related

I know its not posted in the tab that is on DMBtabs.com. I know its a short little part, but it is really neat, and I would like to know how to play it. Thanks

I think that it goes like this:
