My dad got it and it seems to be gone from cleaning with rkill and malwarebytes but his machine is drag dog ass slow now..

I havent seen it personally but I wonder if there are still rogue processes or reg keys dragging his machine down.

Thats usually what we run, Rkill or eXplorer.exe (just a renamed rkill), then install and update MWB. Did you run these in Safe Mode w/ Networking? If not I would advise you do just to be on the safe side, also make sure to let rkill run completely even if a pop up shows. AVS does a great job at masking it's software, also don't reboot until AFTER MWB scans, and deletes AVSS (unless of course you don't have it).

Good, just wanted to make sure. I hate when people try to cut corners, because it just doesn't work, and they wonder why it reared its ugly head out again. :rolleyes

AVS is just a well done scareware. I would try GMER and/or Combofix and, make sure to remove all proxy settings from your browsers if not it will reinfect you. Another idea would be to boot from a cd, DO NOT use a flash drive, and/or install the HDD in another desktop.

Just my .02 cents about the show last night. It was amazing and I thought the setlist was great, no duds in the bunch so WTF???? We even got SUAD and Baby Blue. Thanks to some friends for letting me squeeze up front. Never been that close and it really added to the experience. Even without that it was a deceny seat. I feel like I was at a different show! :lol. Anyways I'm ready for more, bring on Marysville, Shoreline and GORGE baby!!!

there's snacks in the store. i thought premier had a grill or something (place that cooks for you) but i have never seen it. if you wonder into the slums (aka the regular campground) shakedown street (a line of camping with vendors) has lots of good food options. but i would plan on being independent. even if that means a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter. :lol

If you're planning on eating at any point in the day prior to the shows, bring your food. There's a convenience store without much food. No "food vendors" in the lots.

it's our yearly dude trip that is centered around a DMB show.....it's our 1 weekend away from the wives and children.....so it's not so much a fail......the fail part is the lack of camping....because these guys would be awesome to camp with.......but they are too pretty to camp....apparently
