Taylor 814ce

Hi everyone,

After saving up for a long time I was finally able to purchase a Taylor 814ce today! It is being shipped so I should have it in about a week or so. So excited. Anyone own one of these? How is it treating you?

That's awesome, I played one at a local shop, was so nice. I'm thinking about getting a 414ce fall limited. I have a 110 now and love it, but really like the 414 ltd's, so nice. Enjoy your new guitar and let us know what think, even though I can already guess that answer. My dream guitar is either a 814ce, or 914ce, one day....

The 814ce is probably my favorite Taylor standard model, but for some reason I don't own one. I went with the 614ce instead, and now that and my other Taylors cover the sounds I need. I will always pick one up and play a bit when I find them in a music store, though. Congrats on the purchase, and happy strumming!
