Dave at Deer Creek is becoming my favorite tour stop nowadays. The group I go to shows with we have always stayed at Dead Creek Camp. I am just curious as to how the other campgrounds are...Sleepy Bear and Timber Ho. Do they have something unique? Are they any different or better?
Just wanted to get some opinions. Thanks

2010 cant come soon enough.

I've always had a blast at the on-site campgrounds. Shorter walk, good price, excellent bonfires :)

i've got the last two years and stayed at the official campground both times. little steeper price, but its so close and theres so much room its worth it. the room alone is amazing.

i'm hoping after THE INCIDENT this past summer they dont start assigning lots though

stayed at dead creek 2 years ago, and close by last year....

both places had shuttles but we walked, to all 4 shows, was a hike but was fun

if you are into dabbling with certain herbs and other treats then I would stay at a private one....the venue campgrounds does have security people from time to time

the venue campgrounds were great and we literally saw security maybe twice, and it was on friday morning when they were super bored. however, the lack of security did lead to a couch burning and other mishaps, so that may change. however, i thoroughly enjoyed the venue campgrounds and it just made everything SO easy.

Dead Creek is the best. I would stick with that one

Have only stayed at dead creek, don't think ill ever stay anywhere else. It truly is hassle free camping.

i haven't stayed at dead creek and i don't know what the spacial situation is there, but i know that official venue campground is biggggerrrrr then FUCK. its expensive but security is pretty lax and you can set up as big of camp as you want. just make sure to block off your camp some of something if its too big otherwise someone might pull between your cars and set up camp not even knowing they're doing anything wrong if you catch my drift.

Ive always stayed at close by... it isnt bad unless u miss the bus ride back and arent familiar with noblesville. i got lost for about 2 and a half hrs 2 years ago with a dead phone. Finally i saw the dead creek bus and paid the guy 20 to take me to close by... worst after show of my life
