Howdy, fellow Ants!
The story is as follows: I'm starting to get seriously involved in the music and soon ( hopefully ) I'll be having serious gigs. The problem is - my guitar lacks a pickup. Here's what I'm playing - http://tangerguitar.com/en/pro/td22/td22.html - and since I'm a complete dunce when it comes to guitar pickups, I was hoping somebody would make a suggestion as to what should I check out.
I don't think I really need something too fancy, like a whole system with EQ and a tuner, just basic stuff so I can play into the amp.
Thanks!

Thanks for those suggestions!
Could anyone suggest anything else ? I like to have a lot of options in case these items are missing from our shops.

If you're considering playing serious gigs i'd suggest you really bone up on your technical knowledge of guitars and all the technology that comes with them. It will really help you down the road.

Dave uses a Fishman Gold PlusNatural II Pickup I think for his Martin's and Fishman Acoustic Matrix Natrual II Pickup for some other's I think.

I have BBand in my Washburn. Not sure exactly which one, I bought it already installed. Anyway, I've had no problems at all with it and get compliments all the time on how it sounds. Also relatively little feedback.
And what ^ he said, Fishman has some pretty awesome pickups.

I'll be glad to learn stuff, but first I need someone to teach it to me. That's why I'm asking questions like this :)
