oooh, sorry man, if it makes you feel better i was in the last row at Hartford and still had an awesome time, plus mad easy to get out of the row..just climb over the pole behind me.

so, can someone help an out of towner out? we're at the red roof inn and need a ride to the venue. if not, we figured we could cab it to half a mile or so away and walk it. what's the lot scene like? open beers in cans allowed? any tailgating going on?

They asked our ages told us to pour out the cups then they drove off. I get they have a job to do but we were just hanging in my buddies car having a few beers so we didn't have to drop $9 on the beers inside. Not to mention we're both Military Police and 3 time vets.

Thankfully for my buddies dark tinted windows, we just rolled the windows up, cranked the AC and filled up the cups again. :hump

I was lucky enough to be there. I have moved back and forth from Boston and upstate New York for the past few years. I grew up in NY. So SPAC was always my place to go but I would always travel else where.

I will always remember that show. No SPAC this year, but I am looking forward to Mansfield this year!!

No one bothered us while we had beers right in front ofthe main entrance, I can get to my seats amd back with a beer in 5 min or less, security is keeping the walkways clear, haven't seen a single retardedly drunk meathead yet, and it's nice to look at as well! Unless the band drops an absolute turd of a set, I'll take this place over SPAC every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Seriously though, I have really mixed feelings about the tease @ SPAC N2... it sucks they didn't play the whole thing, obviously, but it felt sweet to hear that guitar riff and for Dave to sing the first verse :hump

Sort of like getting a free sample at Sam's Club of some amazingly delicious ice cream cake... you're totally happy you got that sample, but kind of sad you can't have more.
