So what's your take on the new seating arrangements? Impact on Warehouse lottery? Quality of pit vs. lottery? Etc...

How are amphitheatres like Hartford, Mansfield, and Camden going to do this? They have seats all the way up to the front row so there will be no room for GA.

Last show I went to last year I finally (10 year member) got front row seats through the warehouse. Now, they turn around and screw me like this.

Sure, if you want to spend your entire day waiting in line, making sure not to drink anything because you don't want to have to piss while standing in the very front for seven hours.

I have made sacrifices...I've paid the warehouse for 10 years straight to have the chance to get front row reserved. Got it once in KC last year...now it's GA. :mad

I went to 3 GA shows in cali...2 greek theaters and 1 outside land and all 3 I got front row center...GA is the bomb and there is no trouble with piss breaks...just walk right down the front row, those guys are not moving and they will remember you when you come back

no, word on the street is you'll be able to get them thru Ticketmaster / Live Nation as well... HOWEVER, they might do what they did last summer and let the people with Warehouse GA go through the gates a half hour or so before all the rest of the people.

So does warehouse seniority come into affect with the GA or will that just start in the Reserved section now? Also, if you request GA and don't get them, will you just be placed in reserved since that is what most warehouse members get? I never seen GA at a Dave concert before so I am not really grasping the idea of it.

Got front center at Piedmont, Memphis and Vanderbilt. Yes I had to wait in line since before dark and it was worth it a million times over. Have gone away with two setlists, two picks, two sticks and one of Carter's gloves and awesome concerts. I've been really close without GA and I will tell you that Dave and the band know and act totally different. They are much more into it and feed off of the congested crowd of people who are there becaukse they really freaking want to be there and didn't just buy a ticket on Stub Hub.

I drink plenty and piss in the bottle I drink in. Not a problem and small price to pay. My thoughts.

I HATE GA!!!!!!! Did the GA thing last year for the Des Moines show - sat outside the gates starting at 9:30am and still didn't get close after sprinting to the stage. Got pushed around the whole time by drunk 17 year old chicks and their douche boyfriends trying to push to the front. I will not ever sit outside gates all day for a show like that ever, ever again.

I agree that GA sucks. The lawn shows I've been too sucked, the GA in Memphis sucked as did the GA at the Jazz Fest. BUT, those GA's included a TON of fans. If I only had 1250 fans around me, rather than say 20,000, it would be way better.
