Conversion to WAV problem

I downloaded and set up mkw audio compression tool .96e with no problem, and got it running ok. But after I downloaded the 7/29 show, and right clicked the tracks to "decode to wav," i got this error message:

Error reported by ShnDll32.dll:
fopen("c(square symbol)dmb2002-07-29-(track number).wav, "wb"): Invalid argument

Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks,
