I think Alvarez makes one, don't quote me though.
I think "cheap" and "baritone" are contradictions in terms when applied to acoustic guitars. The neck has to be seriously reinforced against those big strings.

So what kinda guitar should i get that has a strong neck for bari-tunning...i could buy a standard guitar and tune it down but it would need a stronger neck thats why i want just a cheap acoustic baritone...

I dont know how many of you know the band Cold, but when they play acoustic like at radio stations there tuning is at C and sometimes around Bb, they just use a normal acoustic but use the heaviest strings they can find. And when you string it, dont tighten the strings like you would normaly, just get them to the point where they are starting to get tight, you know right after the flopping around point, then tune them from that point. I have tuned to Dave's baritone tuning doing this.
