Problem with MKW

This just started happening last night. For some reason, MKW is running incredibly slow, both with MD5's and conversions, like 1 hour to do a 4 min job. This is the only program on my computer running like this, I've restarted and even deleted and reinstalled the program. Any ideas?

You restarted and it still acted funny?

weird... yeah I have the same thing happen all the time, but restarting always makes it work normally again. So, I don't know what else you could do...
