md5 question

I just recently started downloading shows, and have downloaded the shn decompression program. I am having no problem getting the shn files downloaded, but when I go to download the md5 file, the information just appears on the web page. The program says to keep the md5 file in the folder with the shns so that it can check the files against the fingerprints. How do I actually get the md5 into the same folder as the shns?

I would greatly appreciate any advice.

You are downloading them from the HTTP server I assume? If you right click on the md5 file and choose "Save As" or "Save Target As" you should be able to specify the directory to save it to.
