Warehouse 5.2 question

I have seen people asking for a trade or B&P of this. Is this cool to do. It seems like since it was a professionally made CD by the Fan Club, it would kind of be against the rules. Just checking because I wanna help people out with B&P's, but don't want to cross a line if you know what I mean.:D

someone wrote the Warehouse when the first one came out and asked if they could trade it like any normal show. It's not an official release, so they said sure - selling it is not ok though.
