I was going to do a song with someone for a talent show a week from tomorrow night, but it doesn't look like he can make it, so now i'm up a creek. I was thinking about playing/singing something, but I dont' have very good range on my voice (its sounds ok though). I need suggestions! lol. I was thinknig about #41, i can sing the highest couple of notes a little differently and do it pretty well. Any ideas?

The stone would be good for vocal range and it just sounds really badass acoustic.

Crash is always a crowd favorite.
LIOG is good.
Dancing Nancies is fun and pretty easy to play.
Grey Street if you can put the emotion into it.
Ants Marching is awesome. A little tough solo though
Everyday is another one people love.
Satellite, most people know that one. Again, kinda hollow solo.

All these should be doable. I say decide tonight then start working on it all week to make sure you have it learned really well.

Play Beauty of Wynona. Easy song, just gotta get the tempo/rhythm right. You could almost sing it in a monotone voice. Sounds great too.
