How much does a good pickup for an acoustic guitar cost and about how much do people cost to install them?

For a decent pickup to be installed into an acoustic guitar, hmm...I was asking around last week...consensus I got...400$...might as well buy an acoustic electric for that price. But the Dean Markley Sax spoke of is the best bet. I use it, and it works just fine.
My Taylor is pre-drilled. I got a quote of about $120 installed for a Fishman Natural II.

I just did some more checking around, and had a friend of mine call up a local music show today while I was in Philly, and I got a quote for about 120, pick and installation, on a martin thinline pickup. So, whomever that guy was I talked to in Maryland, was trying to rip me off:) Glad I didn't go that route!
I'd suggest checking out the martin thinline pickup at musiciansfriend.com and picking that up, finding a good guitar store\repair shop around 'ya and see what their price is. Good luck.
