What effect does dave use on LWS Busted Stuff?

I read somewhere it was the Line6 POD, but that is like a full effect setup, is there anything else to make that kinda sound? I really like it.

i have noooooooooooooooooooooooo clue but he has the BEST sounding guitar ever. i really think he must have a ton of echo on it to make it sound like such a wash of sound when he's only play two notes in a "chord"
