Change your connection from Passive to Active or vice versa and try that. IF not. It just might be a slow pipe somewhere.

does am.org verify the shows that people upload? i don't just mean md5 verify, i mean make sure its not EAC, or they md5's match etree, not CD > WAV > SHN, etc?
anyone know? joe m, momo??

Its only siteops that can upload to the server and most of us check them to be sure they are the real ones. I don't know specifically if they are checked when they get put on the HTTP but I check mine and I know other siteops do the same.

very cool. yeah i knew only siteops can upload.
yes, we make sure the md5 verify, and though I can't say this is true w/ all of the shows, we try to make sure they are the original shns ( compare with etree ).
and like Rick said, anything we ( the siteops ) upload "should" be the originals.

i know one day you'll have all the 99 d+t shows up there (hint;)), but a lot of them would have to be DAE's. thats no issue i guess?

Not a problem as long as normal DAE rules apply when making one we don't have a problem with hosting it. We also ask that the DAEer submits source and md5s to etree for a second reference other then AM.org

i didnt say all, since obviously there are many on the server now that had no DAE, but look at a show like 2/12/99. I'll put my money on that show being a DAE > SHN. same goes with many other shows, since over 50% of the tour isnt even mentioned on etree. and of the other 50%, a ton of those are missing MD5s.
Erich,
If you have D&T 99s that we don't , contact me :)
