aight, laugh all you want, i know DDTw isnt too tough, but im struggling with the verses.
like "come out come out no use in hiding"
those parts.

I know he plays it with the same notes :
E:----
B:----
G:-7--
D:-7--
A:-5--
D:-0--

it sounds to me like he palm mutes it,
but does dave keep the same rythm as in the intro?
any help?

I listen to the 5-26-01 show from Las Vegas, its a sweet recording and i really like the song on there. the difference is really noticable

same rhythm all the way through. If you watch any of the DVD's just watch his hand.

its pretty much constant.. listen to a solo version or a D+T version, its much more evident

He puts some variety into that though. Kinda like:

E:------------
B:------------
G:-7---------
D:-7--5h7--
A:-5---------
D:-0---------

err i think thats how you write it..i forget. But anyway, between each measure of the D chord, he does a little hammer on from 5 to 7. He mostly plays this in the pauses during the verse (which is when timmy does his effect stuff witht he drop d string)
