I can't read through all 5000 posts, but I was wondering if any of you guys were camping at Cross Creek Camp for these Polaris shows.

If so, drop me a line at dmbisdamngood@hotmail.com and we'll make some plans to hang out after the shows.

If anyone is still looking for a place to camp, I highly recommend Cross Creek. It's cheap and they love us DMB fans. They put us all together in the back row. Hot showers! HUGE swimming pool, tennis, all kinds of stuff to do.

just a quick question: do you guys have any pre-concert rituals? like some people fast, and cut down on the amount of dmb they listen to like a week before the show.

anybody do anything different?

on our way to winston-salem, steph and i listened to EVERY DMB cd (studio and live) in order of release. alittle excessive i think, but we had a great time..... 8 hours.. whoa!

I fasted with my friends before the Winter tour when we drove to Illinois. It was rough, and i think listening to the music gets me more pumped than not listening to it... so I doubt i'll do that again.

My friend and I did that with all the cd's on our way back from missouri! He fell asleep during like typical situation and woke up around rapunzel. He couldn't handle it :p

YEAH i completely agree with you, that the music gets me totally pumped, we actually make our own setlist, we usually aren't right, but at winston-salem, we were walking in and i said something like "you know steph, watchtower would be awesome" and she said "oh no they won't play that without the whole band"

the moral to this story is... ask and you shall receive... so i am offically asking for BOWA as the opener!!! amen to the dave gods!

I usually listen to the band on the way to the show, it gets me more excited for it. Like last year at alpine we were playing some shows while we were sitting in the parking lot, good times.

I had some terrible luck with speeding a couple months ago, i was coming home from a weekend staying at a hotel with some friends for our state basketball tournament, i drank the night before and we woke up kinda late and i was going like 17 over, got pulled over and i thought that was gonna be it, i wont mind a speeding ticket that much, but then he goes did you drink last night, i said no, hes like well i smell it in the car, so he said please step out im going to have to give you a breathalizer just to make sure, so i was fucked right there, and i guess it was still in my system even though i felt perfectly fine, so a nice $280 in tickets :violent

did you just grab those off ticketmaster? I have seen a lot on there now. 4 tickets together in section a row t, 3 together in b row z and pairs and singles in A B and C. Section a row x will be fine, i was section c row y last year and it was pretty good

So I went over and looked at their used dmb cd's and they had two for sale, that were bootlegs. A polaris show that was $29?!?! and a woodstock show for the same price, I dont want to be a dick and get them into trouble because the people were really nice, but I dont want to get our taping prielleges taken away,
any advice ?

If SOMEONE with our group DID put a potty in a truck.....I guess it would have taken a couple of really strong guys....and they just dumped it....contentes and all!

Well, you see, this won't be the first time I've done this. I went to see Dave and Tim by myself and had a blast. My (ex)girlfriend was kinda upset that I didn't get her a ticket, but my ticket was an instant, and I really didn't expect to get it. I saw they had instants available, so I whipped out the 'ole credit card and tried it out. Much to my shock/delight, I was confirmed. I had to explain to her that if I tried to get two tickets and was declined, I wouldn't be able to try for a single, and I would rather be safe than sorry. Fast-forward to this tour. All of my friends skipped town or went broke in time for the Columbus shows, so I peaced them out, and I am going by myself (because I am hardcore;) ). I've spent over $500 on tickets, and I'm not going to the Riverbend shows by myself, so I'm not a total loser. Which leaves me to my next question: Would you and Amanda enjoy my company if I go to the AmSouth show? (the only reason why I haven't bought a ticket yet is because I have nobody to sit with on the lawn;) )

LAWN IS WHERE IT IS ABOUT THIS YEAR AT AMSOUTH!!!!! our lawn is awesome!!! plus there is ALWAYS a memeriable (god i can't spell) show!!!
