Checking TM often is how I scored my 20th row lower pavilion for last year's 2nd Polaris show. And this time I only tried foopening night for 1 lower pavilion seat that Saturday morning, which really worked out for me.

Not soon enough. I've got a friend that I work with that has both C'bus shows but he's going to be in the Bahamas and can't go. So he's trying to sell them but he doesn't know where they are going to be. And for me, all I know is that I have both Riverbend nights in the Pavilion but have NO idea where.

Don't know where I'm staying yet, Im going both nights, and only live about 20 min away, but don't think I'll be able to make the drive after night 1 (if you know what I mean). I also have some friends coming up from Dayton. We stayed at Hampton Inn @ the Continent last year. It's right down 71, about an $8 cab ride, cause we took back roads to miss 71's traffic.

Yeah, if you know how to take the backroads to get there please do, the traffic off of 71 is always bad. The backway saves a lot of time. If you need a map I'll make one later.

you're list is right on man. here's something i was thinking of. i just assumed everyone would bring their own beverage because i'm, sure the majority of the people attending the KOCO will be partying afterwards, so we'll most likely all have our own drinks. i'm sure that if we needed to though, we could all just pitch in. my groups big, so i'm sure we'll be transporting quite a few items with us. we'll most likely have a fuckin caravan down to Polaris. oh yeah, since we'll be by our cars tailgating, so you think we need a cd player. although, i'm sure one of the campers will have one anyways.

do you like to listen to the music of a group you're about to see in concert? i'm actually a member of the black-out group. i will listen to constant DMB up until the day of the concert, but when we're driving to the concert and up until after the show, i don't like to listen to the band i'm about to see, whether it be DMB or whoever. it's just a thing i do, i guess i might be a little weird...

i think last year we listened mostly to Jack Johnson and Ben Harper. i don't mind listening to it with everyone once we get there, but at least on the car ride down we'll be blacked-out, hehe.

Alrighty, I'm bored so I'm going to start a nice little Polaris questionnaire. Here's what I want to know. For the two shows at the BigP, I want everyone to list one song from each of the studio recordings that you want to hear (just UTTAD through BS). Also, list three songs that have not been studio released on those albums (like Granny, Seek Up, Stay or Leave, etc). They don't have to be songs that you haven't heard, just the songs that you want to hear most. Just so there is no confusion, I'll post mine first so you all have an example:

BTCS - Halloween
Everyday - If I Had It All
BS - Big Eyed Fish

Its the Kick Off Cook Out, what it is, there is this little road that leads into the parking lot at polaris, since we arnt allowed to tailgait we have a tailgait on this road before they let us into the parking lot. Alot of people are bringing grills, hamburgers, drinks, guitars, and I belive certin green items have been mentioned. Its the first show of the tour "Kick Off" and its a "cook out" KOCO, be sure to be there.

The map I have says Sec B starts with row A. And I had Row V seats last year and it actually seemed closer then 22 rows, but that's because I had never been that close before.

I'm probably going to get jumped because I was fortunate enought to get Instant Tix from Warehouse for D&T Oxford show. The 2 tix I bought over the phone from Miami itself were 3 rows from the very back of Millet. And the Instant Tix were pretty sweet b/c I think i was closer in the middle level seats then the people towards the back of the floor. And what an incredible show, I haven' been able to stop listening to Weaver's copy since a week after the show.

My sister and her friend are going to see there first dave matthews show this summer and they can either see day one or day two, the good side for day one is the KOCO,which I think would be cool for her and her friend, but I am reserved first night so it would be her and her friend by themselves, not that I dont think they can handle it, but that it wouldnt be as good as if we were there, like on day two.
