I'm new to this & I can't figure it out!

OK, this may seem horrible. But, I'm new to this web site and I'm trying to download some songs and I just can't figure out how to do it. I registered with the web site, I downloaded the .NET framework, I installed the AntsDownloader, and I've started the config program. But, when I go to Tour Central or SHN Search and try to download a song, it just doesn't work.

I'm sorry, but could someone tell me how to correctly do this?
