New Downloader

I downloaded the application and I do the Config Setup but then nothing happens. I tried it at home and at work.,...How am I able to see the shows?

I read the faq and still no luck. I click on a show I want and save it to my desktop. Then I click on it and it opens the downloader, but all I get is a blank grey screen.
