a question for all of you who do dvd b+ps

How do you guys burn the dvds? What programs do you use, and what OS are you running? I want to know if getting windows xp will let you put whole dvds on you hard drive, because windows 98 wont allow that large of files

I run XP and use DVD Decryptor to extract and burn the ISOs

personally I use Easy CDCreator (please don't flame it has worked great so far with over 75 DVD's burned). I know that some people really don't like this program but it was worked fine for me.

DVD Decrypter doesn't work on my Sony burner. Mr Sculla sir ;)...are you running a Sony and, if so, how did you get the software to work?

When is nero 6 coming out? I think all they have in stores is nero 5.5 and that's been out for a very long time if you ask me.

the reason you can't put the whole dvd on your hard drive is because it is in the FAT32 file system which has a 4GB limitation. You would need to upgrade to win2000 or winxp and use the NTFS file system instead. to do that you need to either reformat your hard drive and do a clean instead with NTFS or use partition magic to convert your file system after an upgrade
