Multiple sources for shows on the server

Example: there are 2 choices to download 12-21-02 in tour central. Neither of them is Ice's. If you want to DL Ice's, how do you do that? Is that one even on the server? Finally, are the 2 choices in tour central deemed to be the best quality pulls?

every source for every show can't be up, because there just isn't the space for it on the server. the ones that are up seem to be the ones that people want the most, and a general consensus has considered them the best, i am guessing.

if its not on the server check the newsgroups or another ftp server or something. like greppson said the http server can't host every source. i also wouldn't say what is up on the http server is the 'best' source ... its all opinions.
