Can't get ftp to work?

I'm very computer illiterate so I apologize if I am doing something just infintely STUPID...

So I downloaded a ftp client (bulletproof) via reccomenations from ants...logged into a server. Found a show I wanted...

Now do I click on one shn file at a time? Or do I select them all and click? A message keeps popping up as asking i want to rename, replace, or skip (something like that) the file?

I'm confused...what do I do? Also, how do i direct where for the files to be downloaded to?

in bulletproof you just drag the entire folder that you want to download from the right part of the screen to the folder you want it in on the left side of the screen...then you'll see that folder in the queue on the bottom....next press the green OK button on the top and it will download...
