Tabbing program?

Previously, there have been no bass tabs for Lie In Our Graves, so tonight I put one together (I believe it's quite close to how it sounds on the album).

Is there a program I can use to facilitate creating the actual tab; measures and timings? It would be much easier than typing everything out in Notepad.
