Need some info - Gorge Related

I'm thinking about flying up to Seattle to go to the Gorge, how far away is the gorge from the Seattle-Tacoma Airport? I've never been so I was hoping some people here may have and can give me some info. Thanks.

I think I read somewhere that its about 2 - 3 hours drive away

Look at a map and put your finger on I90 right in between Seattle and Spokane. It's in the town of George.

Get there early, like around 2...

YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE IN THE CROWD OF CHUMPS BEHIND THE TIERS (its like |rocks then _grass then rocks again like this

You will get the worst view of dave in the world if you do not get in the tiers because everybody stands and you can barely see over anybody

The bigscreen helps but its cooler to be able to look at him normally

Just walk to the front of the line (nobody cares), theyll start letting you in, book it to best spot and then rest, smoke a J whatever, its fun to be there

Bring some straws, they wont give you them with their pops because it adds trash around (some wierd rule they have)

Its a pretty long drive, 2-4 hours depending on traffic
