the "style" of guitar or strumming sound that is made by a song like Stay or Leave whereby when you change chords, you can distinctly hear the lowest string of each chord that is played before you heard the whole chord being played? I know on a lot of songs when Dave first plays the chord he just hits the top string that is used on the chord and then plays it, I am just curious if this is a technique that has a name or a certain style that is played or if its just a way that people can play and Dave just uses it a lot. Thanks.
